Ingredients:
bag of noodles
veggies you like, zucchini, paprika, carrot, spring onion, tomatoes
tofu
soy sauce (light, and dark)
something spicy, for example chili pepper
vegetable stock
Process:
cook noodles with label
fry youer chopped veggies on olive oil
i don't stew it till soft i like it crunchy
add tofu chopped on cubes
add soy sauce, salt, chili sauce
also add your cooked noodles and stir it all together
after i put noodles into a bowl i pour vegetable stock on top of it (as much as i want) and then i sprinkle it with spring onion
