Ingredients:
500 g broccoli
1 smoked tofu
1 soy cream
1/2 TS powdered red paprika
2 cloves of garlic
salt, pepper
Process:
cook little pieces of broccoli in hat water for 3 minutes
then put them in cold water
mashed garlic mix with soy cream
put your broccoli to the bottom of baking bowl
pour cream with garlic over the broccoli and sprinkle with grated tofu
season with red paprika, salt, pepper
bake in oven on 180°C for 15-20 minutes
serve with cooked or baked potatoes
