Ingredients:
1/2 cauliflower
1 can of coconut milk
1 TS tomatoe pire
1 TS curry seasoning
1 TS turmeric
chili
a little bit of ginger
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
powdered paprika, garam masala
Process:
Fry curry turmeric and garam masala on oil
Put onion, garlic, ginger and chili into the food processor and blend roughly
divide your cauliflower on smaller pieces
cook it in hot water for 3 minutes and then put it to cold water
