Ingredients:
fettuccine
150 g champignon mushrooms
250 ml vegan cream of your choice
1 small onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 TS french mustard
pinch of thyme
few drops of lemon, salt, pepper
Process:
fry onion until glassy
add chopped champignon mushrooms
let it steam, add thyme, salt, mashed garlic
pour with cream, add mustard, pepper and lemon
let it boil
add cooked fettuccine
stir it together and it's done
