QR Code - a recipe to your phone


1-2 TS tahini paste
1/2 lemon
1 garlic clove
canned chickpeas
coarse salt
olive oil


mix tahini paste, chickpeas, garlic, salt and lemon juice (about 1/2 lemon) until smooth, if it's not smooth enough add as much water as needed
while serving drizzle olive oil, and sprinkle paprika on top

serve with pita bread and falafelfalafel_hummus_m

Tahini paste:

If you can't buy it, make it from scratch:
100 g sesame seeds
sunflower oil

roast sesame seeds with no oil
it should get light brown

mix it with oil until completely smooth
it should be thicker but it should still be runny
I make more of it at time, because it can lasts a long time in fridge.
