Ingredients:

cesto500g flour
300g lukewarm water
dry yeast
salt
oil
3 cloves of garlic
ketchup
vegan mayo, or soy sour cream 

Process:

cesto2from flour, water, dry yeast and salt let your blender make a dough
let it rise for 40 minutes
after divide it on 12 pieces
 

garlicsmash your garlic with salt and add oil

langos vfry your langos on oil on both parts until golden brown

langos2spread on the garlic mixture and ketchup and sprinkle with smoked tofu
