200g rice (or 1 big mug)
250g champignons
1 red paprika
2 cloves of garlic
1 onion
100g frozen peas, or fresh
100g frozen corn, or fresh
olive oil
vegetable stock
pinch of saffron, salt, black pepper




paella1Pan fry your onion on oil, add chopped champignons and after a while add rice, garlic and cook for a while as well, season it with salt and pepper 

paella2Pour vegetable stock 2 times more as you put rice (2 mugs) add saffron in it, on top of it put copper red paprika put lid on your pot and let it simmer for 15 minutes, until the rice is soft enough

paella3At the end add corn and peas and let it cook until its warm
