Ingredients:
pasta
fresh baby spinach
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
100 g champignon mushroom
soy cream
Process:
fry your onion on oil until glassy
add spinach, garlic cook for a while
add cream, salt and blend it all together
cook mushroom on a bit of oil
add to spinach gravy
mix it with pasta
add salt, pepper
