Ingredients:

ingrediencie2 egg plants
1 tofu
100 ml soy cream
1 red paprika
1 onion
3 gloves of garlic
olive oil
chili, powdered paprika, salt, pepper

Process:

baklazan2salt your eggplant for 10 minutes
wipe it and bake on pan

add red paprika, chili, salt, pepper and powdered paprika

bake for 30 minutes on 180°C
