Ingredients:
4 potatoes
1 smoked tofu
3 champignon mushroom
4 cloves of garlic
1 onion
1/2 TS dijon mustard
chili, paprika, pepper, salt
olive oil
Process:
cook your potatoes in water with skin
cut them in half and take out the middle part
season it with salt and add few drops of olive oil
champignons, tofu, onion, garlic, and the middle part of potatoes
blend in food processor, add chili, pepper and salt
stuff your potatoes with this mixture
add few drops of olive oil
bake in oven on 180°C for 15-20 minutes
