Tofu with vegetable

It tastes really delicious.

All you will need for this ingredients:
1 tofu
1 zucchini
1 red paprika
100g champignons
1 onion
spring onion
any veggies you like (broccoli, cauliflower, bamboo shoots, fennel...)
for gravy: soy sauce, vegetable stock, potato starch


Cut vegetable cook in wok on olive oil

First pan fry your dry whole tofu after pan fried cut it on pieces you prefer, then make your gravy:
add 0,5 dcl of soy sauce into 3 dcl your vegetable stock
mix potato starch in 1 dcl of water add it to your vegetable stock and let it boil
mix tofu and vegetables together and add the gravy

pour gravy on your side dish as well in this case rice and serve it with some frest vegetable tomatoes or some kind of salad...
