cook you soy meat in vegetable stock after done cooking squeeze all water out
chop your tusk on fine pieces
stem your onion on oil at the end add powdered paprika and chili. add chopped tusk and pour with vegetable stock let it steam until semi soft
then add potatoes chopped on cubes and season it with salt, pepper and let it simmer for 30 minutes so the potatoes are cooked at the end add smashed garlic
soy meat fry on pan until golden brown
add your soy meat on top of the tusk stew and serve with baguette or bread
