Spelt baguettes

400 g Spelt flour 
100 g wholemeal rye flour
350 ml lukewarm water
1 packet  dry yeast
1 tbs salt
1/2 tbs brown sugar
1 TS olive oil
sesame seeds


cestoall powdered ingredients put into blender
and slowly pour in the water and TS of olive oil
dough shouldn't be very sticky
let it blend for about 10 minutes

cesto2meanwhile preheat your oven on 50°C
cover the dough with kitchen towel and let it sit for 40 minutes
take it out on bored covered with flour and split into 4 pieces

vykysnuteshape the dough into baguette 
and place them on baguette sheet
that is covered with baking paper

don't turn it on again it's still warm
let it sit for 10-15 minutes

narezemeafter sitting in oven for few minutes make the cuts
and put it into oven for another 10 minutes
and then turn the oven on 180°C (fan) and bake them
during baking you can sprinkle them with lukewarm water
it takes 25 to 30 minutes, keep an eye on them

bagetaafter baking you can sprinkle them with sesame seeds or salt
or spread them with olive oil
they taste fantastic
