Ingredients:
1 eggplant
1 zucchini
1 red paprika
1 fennel
2 cloves of garlic
1 hot pepper (not necessary)
4 TS olive oil
salt
Process:
chopp all ingredients
grill it on your grill pan
spread olive oil on top
make a garlic paste with salt and mix it in olive oil
paprika
fennel
chop hot chili pepper
spread seasoned olive oil on top of every vegetable
sprinkle with parsley
serve with toast or baguette
