4 apples 150 g flour 1 banana rice milk with coconut flavour 1/2 lemon 150 g brown sugar cinnamon, cinnamon sugar little bit of oil and salt for dough
Mix flour and crushed banana together into a dough, if the dough is too thick you can dilute it with rice milk with coconut flavour
it should looks like this
cut apples into slices and splash them with lemon juice so that they don't turn brown
with little bit of oil turn sugar into caramel use steel pan in which you are also gonna bake your pie
Put slices of apple on caramel and cook it for a little bit
spread your dough into a thin circular shape as wide as your pan + 1,5 cm
sprinkle apples with cinnamon or cinnamon sugar
Put dough over it and make little holes to the dough so that steam can get out put into the oven and bake on 180°C for 45 minutes until dough is gold
after taking it out let it sit for a while put bigger plate over the top of the pan and turn it upside down be careful
