500 g - smooth flour (the bread one)
350 ml - lukewarm water
2 TS - olive oil
1 ts - sugar
1 ts - salt
dry yeast



green olives
dry tomatoes
coarse salt
olive oil


Make dough from flour, water and olive oil, water add little by little just in case of need.
Add flour on top and let it rise, I put it into the warm oven (about 40°C) for 40 minutes.
After that you want to take it from bowl and put it on baking sheet.

Put olive oil and lukewarm water on your baking sheet and spread you dough all over it.
And put it back in to your oven for another 20 minutes to rise.

after rising make a little dimples with your fingers onto the dough (i didn't make them on that picture yet)

Put ingredients you like on top of the dough, and also splash just a little bit of olive oil on top of it, then spray top with lukewarm water and put it into the preheated oven on 190°C,
bake it until it's gold for about 20 minutes, it depends on thickness of your dough - the top should be baked until crispy.
version 1 - olives, dry tomatoes, thyme, rosemary, chilly, coarse salt
version 2 - onion, garlick, olives, dry tomatoes, coarse salt, thyme, rosemary
version 3 - combine ingredients you like
