I used to like garlic spread with cheese this is vegan version, garlic spread with celery.

Ingredients:
celery
5 cloves of garlic (more or less depends on preference)
soy sour cream
soy mayo
lemon, dijon mustard
salt, black pepper
Process:
shred the celery finely
add crushed garlic, vegan sour cream and vegan mayo
mix it together season it with lemon add mustard, salt and black pepper,
put it into the fridge for few minutes and serve it with toasted baguette
