Scrambled “eggs”

1 Tofu
3 TS nutritional yeast
1 small onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup of water
2 tbs garlic powder
1 TS turmeric
black himalayan salt

mix together nutritional yeast, turmeric, garlic powder and water 

on glassy onion mash your tofu and let it warm up just a little bit

add mixture of spices and garlic at the end

add black salt
serve with toasts or baguette
