tofu burger_en

Ingredients:

homemade roll
baked tofu
zucchini
cherry tomatoes
sping onion
vegan mayo
capers
lettuce
pepper, salt, paprika, chili

Rolls:

400 g bread flour
water about 300 ml
dried yeast
olive oil
1 ts salt, 1 ts cane sugar

Process:

1. prepare your dough and knead it in kitchen robot
2. pre heat your oven on 40°C and let it rice for about 40 minutes
3. shape it as burger rolls
4. put it back to your oven and bake it on 180°C for about 25 - 30 minutes (keep an eye on it)

they should look like this.

bake your marinaded tofu in oven
- soy sauce
- garlic
- chili peppers
- sesame oil
- salt, peper

cut your burger rolls in a half
spread it with vegan mayo seasoned with capers
add lettuce, tomatoes, grilled zucchini, chili, spring onion
and it's ready to eat.
