Ingredients:
4 carrots
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 cm ginger
2x orange (lemon juice)
vegetable stock
pepper, turmeric, salt
Process:
on oils simmer onion untill glassy
and then add carrots chopped on slices
add turmeric, fresh ginger and pour with vegetable stock
season with fresh orange juice and if needed add lemon juice
