Ingredients:
onion
5 cloves of garlic
olive oil
thyme, provencal herbs
salt, peper
italian spices
bit of a milled cumin
chili peper
some small pasta
vegetable stock
Process:
fry onion on olive oil season it with salt
after a while add 3 cloves of garlic, spices, herbs and pour it with boiling water
simmer it for a while, if you want pasta in your soup add it now
at the end add the rest squished garlics, serve it with baked baguette with drop of olive oil and if you feel like you don't have enough of garlic you can spread it on your baguette
