onion i used about 5 middle onions vegetable oil 1 TS flour good dry white wine about 1,5 dcl vegetable stock thyme bay leaf
sliced onion slowly stew and stir for about 30 minutes season it with salt so it won't burn
it should looks like this... it wants time... season it with flour and stew for a little bit add wine and stew it again if you want a good soup use a good wine 🙂
add vegetable stock add herbs and let it simmer for about 20 minutes
add salt and peper serve it with baked baguette
