Ingredients:

200 g forest mushrooms (fresh would be the best, but frozen or dry ones would work just fine)
4 potatoes
200 ml soy or rice cream, garlic, onion
dill, pepper, salt, vinegar, grounded cumin, bay leaf, allspice

Process:

fry your onion on oil, add cut mushrooms 1/2 ts grounded dill and simmer
add boiling water, add potatoes chopped on squares, vegetable stock, bay leaf, allspice
when the potatoes are almost soft add cream, grated raw potato for thickening and let simmer
add salt, pepper, vinegar and chopped dill
