Vegan tripe soup

Ingredients:

300g oyster mushrooms
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 TS grounded red sweet paprika (also spicy one 1/2 ts)
1/2 ts ground cumin
1 ts dried marjoram
salt
pepper, chili
if you want you can add 3 potatoes (it's not in the original recipe)

Process:

fry your onion on oil until glassy

meanwhile cut your oyster mushroom into strips

add oyster mushroom to your onion, add grounded cumin and simmer for 10 minutes,
add 3 cloves of garlic and grounded sweet spicy paprika and give it a mix

add water, pepper, salt and chili 
if you want to add potatoes now is the time
simmer for about 15 minutes (or until potatoes are coked)
you can thicken it up with adding raw fine grated potato

at the end add marjoram and 2 left cloves of garlic
serve with bread or white roles
