Postup:
tofu, cesnak, cibuľu si mixnem do hladka zemiak si uvarím v šupke vo vode potom ho prelisujem a primiešam k zmesi pridám cca 50 g uvarené pšeno dochutím, horčicou a ostatnými koreninami ak je zmes riedka pridám strúhanku, prípadne trošku zemiakového (kukuričného) škrobu a premiešam
zo zmesi vytvarujem guľky asi ako golfové loptičky ruky si namočím do studenej vody, aby sa nelepili
